Questions we are asked.

Who is DSC?

DSC — Dynamic Solutions Center — is a software delivery partner for organisations that need dependable systems to run their work and serve the people who rely on it. Our roots and headquarters are in Damascus, Syria.

What can DSC help us with?

We build software around your organisation's own processes rather than one product that every customer uses the same way. This covers custom applications and platforms, connecting existing systems, data and dashboards, and operation and ongoing support. Most organisations need these services together.

Does DSC understand organisations like ours?

Government organisations are our primary focus, alongside large enterprises, semi-government and regulated organisations, and growing businesses. We build around your existing procedures, with attention to the access, confidentiality and oversight that institutional work requires.

How does a project begin?

A project begins with understanding how your work runs today, then agreeing in writing what will be built, what it connects to, and how support will work afterwards. From there we build in stages, your team reviews and tests, and we prepare for launch together.

What happens after launch?

Launch is not the end of the relationship. We stay responsible for monitoring, maintenance, backups, updates and further development, with what this covers depending on the system and what we agree together.

How do we discuss our requirements?

Use the contact page to describe your organisation and what you need help with, or write to us directly.

Who owns the software you build for us?

Your organisation does. The software we build for you, and the data in it, belong to you.

How is the cost set?

We agree the scope in writing first, then quote a fixed price for that scope.

Where does the system and its data live?

On servers your organisation owns or chooses. We do not keep copies of your data outside the systems you control.

Something has gone wrong after launch. Who do we tell?

Write to the same address you use for anything else. What is covered, and what happens next, depends on the service arrangement for your system.
